    目的 通过对比222、254 nm两种波长紫外线上层平射对某三级甲等传染病医院气管镜室不同区域空气的动态消毒效果,为医疗机构特殊诊疗区域的空气消毒提供新思路。方法 选取某三级甲等传染病专科医院气管镜室的治疗室和清洗室,第一个工作周在距离地面2.6 m高度安装254 nm波长的上层平射紫外线空气消毒器,即为对照组;第二个工作周在距离地面2.6 m高度安装222 nm波长的上层平射紫外线空气消毒器,即为试验组。比较两组空气菌落总数的差异。结果 试验组在气管镜室清洗室和治疗室空气平均菌落数均低于对照组(均P<0.05),并在全时段维持较低水平。对照组和试验组的动态空气菌落总数合格率均为100%。对照组符合Ⅰ类环境等级时间占比为87.5%,试验组为100%。结论 222 nm波长较254 nm波长紫外线上层平射更能提升动态空气菌落总数合格率,改善气管镜室环境,持续照射有助于保持空气安全性和洁净程度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To compare the dynamic disinfection effect of upper-room ultraviolet irradiation at 222 nm and 254 nm on the air in different areas of the bronchoscopy room of a tertiary first-class infectious disease hospital, and provide new insights for air disinfection in specialized diagnosis and treatment areas of medical institutions. Methods The treatment room and cleaning room of the bronchoscopy room of a tertiary first-class infectious disease hospital were selected. The upper-room ultraviolet irradiation air disinfectors of 254 nm (as control group) and 222 nm (as test group) were installed at a height of 2.6 meters above the ground in the first and the second working weeks, respectively. Difference in total bacterial colonies in the air between two groups was compared. Results The average bacterial colonies in the air of cleaning room and treatment room of bronchoscopy room in the test group were both lower than those of the control group (both P<0.05), and maintained a low level throughout the entire period. The qualified rates of dynamic air bacterial colonies in both the control group and the test group were 100%. The time percentage that the control group met the class I environmental level was 87.5%, while that of the test group was 100%. Conclusion The upper-room ultraviolet irradiation at 222 nm is more effective in improving the qualified rate of dynamic air bacterial colonies and enhancing the environment of the bronchoscopy room compared with upper-room ultraviolet irradiation at 254 nm, and continuous irradiation helps to maintain air safety and cleanliness.
